This city hotel is situated in a street parallel to the Paseo Maritimo in the Armadams district of town, in the immediate vicinity of the tourist area. A splendid yachting harbor is just 200 m away. Illetas Beach is approximately 3 km from the hotel. Convenient public transport links are within 50 m, the airport is 10 km away and a golf course is 5 km away. The centre of town with plenty of shops and entertainment venues is easily reached within a few minutes. A bus stop with regular bus connections to other places such as Palma, 11 km away, is located directly in front of the hotel.

 Built in 1972 the hotel was completely renovated in 2003. It has 7 stories with a total of 574 rooms of which 42 are singles and 266 are doubles. It is just a short walk along the coastal road to the shallow-sloping sandy bay of Font de Sa Cala.
